[Music] we did our research and we actually invested a lot of time in making sure we have the right partner what made crossfuse special for us is really customer centricity the way you guys approach your customers and the way you care for what we care about so it's really something that we found outstanding and really differentiated you from other partners that we work with so for us the whole journey and i don't know how it works in other companies but our company changes day by day if not minute by minute i would say and what i really appreciate uh in our way or our work with cross fuse is the agility you guys can make things and very quick and you are just really quick so you uh really go with us in this journey you you make things happen as we talk you're okay with changes and that's the way you deliver and i think this is what really makes it extremely successful for us [Music] uh so so far as i said customer centricity agility and your ability to be part of the team what really stands out for us in the many of the projects that you work and you can adjust your style you can adjust the way we do things we we did use a number of your pre-packaged solutions that work perfectly but in cases that it doesn't work you were ready to work with us and make it uh as easy as possible for us to deliver on our business results and it's really outstanding it really makes us successful as a company [Music] well it's a number of things right and i think it's a combination of the qualities that we look for and i think it all boils down to partnership we don't look at you as a vendor we look at us as a big team and i think where it really comes down to things that we care for and you care for those things with us you do want to deliver value you want to make sure we're happy that our business is happy and your ability to quickly turn around things and deliver on the result one more thing to it is the fact that you are present you're present locally and you are at our premises whenever we need you so and and i think it's something that really really hard to overestimate [Music] we have now a long relationship it's been a journey and i think for me what made me uh really happy about the work and the past or journey that we are walking together is the fact that we are in it together and we all understand that we either feel together or we will be successful together and i do have this feel of partnership and support that i need and i do know that if there is not an easy question to ask we will always find a way in your ability to find a way to the right answer to the right solution this is where i feel very comfortable i can go in front of my executive and say this is what we will make happen and i know you guys will make it happen so it's really extraordinary [Music] your adaptability to change i know we've changed numerous times sometimes we changed our approaches two or three times within one day and it was always as this is a phone call who is an excellent support for us and i know he will get that result and i i think this is it yeah i think in general it's been a transformational journey for us as a company and i'm glad that we're taking this journey with great partners servicenow and crossfuse and it feels really good not only to uh see what we can do and accomplish in the nearest future but what is even we didn't think about and we know that platform brings to us and i i'm sure that crossfields will help us to get where we need to get really looking for the dreams and getting after those dreams [Music] you
