[Music] so manage now has really let us deliver a lot more a lot faster the organization we have a very small internal team and being able to leverage manage now really lets us deliver a much higher volume to the business with really good consistent results [Music] so the manage now team that we've been working with has really just been great we have a consistency about who we're working with and they get to know what our standards are and what we're looking for and how we want things delivered so that when we support something that manage now delivers to us we understand what we're getting and it's a quality product that works the way that our instance is designed for it to work [Music] so if we no longer head manage now we would really struggle with how do we continue to deliver to the business all of the things that we've been doing for so long with our small team we would need to cut back on so much of you know the bigger features that we would want to roll out in order to deal with the smaller day-to-day stuff that manage now does a great job on and even with that we would just have so much less that we could deliver in any given period of time so crossbus has really helped us achieve success both in sort of the constant volume of work that we send through manage now and you know the day-to-day stuff as well as doing custom app development for us working on bigger projects and just freeing up the fact that we don't have a lot of internal resources but can still deliver an amazing product to the business so we've worked with quite a few partners over time and at other jobs i've worked with even more partners and crossfields has been a really great consistent relationship where we know what we're getting we get the attention that we need and whenever there is an issue with anything it gets addressed and we don't see that same issue happening again [Music] [Applause] you know crossviews has definitely helped me you know there's building relationships with the people that we work with all the time um being able to reach out to them when we're not even necessarily saying hey crossfields can you do this for us it's i need to bounce ideas off of somebody and make the right architectural decisions for instance so that we're actually doing things right so even if it's not across these doing it we can have the relationships to go to you know their top technical people and get answers so that crossview sees way more instances than i have access to and they see what other companies do right and do wrong at many different scales and so being able to rely on that knowledge and expertise so that even if crossfuse isn't doing the work and i'm doing the work i can still make sure that i'm delivering a great product by relying on that expertise [Music] you
