[Music] so initially we selected cross views they were new to us so we went through the traditional rfp process but at the end of the day the selection was based on uh number one they were a preferred service now partner so they came highly recommended to us number two with some of the expertise that they brought to the table so we definitely thought that they presented the better package and their their expertise in the area of project management ability to manage large initiatives were all reasons in factoring in our decision and they were just overall the best package that was presented [Music] so crossfuse was different because in my opinion the methodology that they bring so working with their engagement managers we found that extremely professional they brought a lot of expertise in terms of organizing the projects together some of the technology that was used so we leveraged the status fuse that goes into cross views to manage the projects so that gives us a much simpler way of managing the the user stories that go in there and then i think the last part is the technical expertise that is brought to the table there all of the technical consultants that have been brought forward for the initiatives have all been both really professional but more importantly really knowledgeable to help us with the with the solutions so when we encounter those inevitable situations where we think we're special and unique um crossfuse is pretty good about helping us sort of navigate through some of those challenges and finding an optimal [Music] solution definitely our life is made easier because i know that we're in uh good hands with a trusted partner so from my perspective what that means is i know i've got a strong engagement manager who's going to make sure the project is moving along that they're marching to the timelines they're identifying risks where appropriate and raising them and escalating them so i don't necessarily have to worry about those pieces it also makes it easier because i know that given the technical expertise that comes to the table that we're in good hands with people finding good solutions for us organizationally and i'm not necessarily going to be stuck in a situation where we've got code that's been highly customized and is difficult to support once cross fuse has done the engagement [Music] i would say that working with cross views is something that you would want to do because of the level of professionalism that they have both from the project management side and from the technical expertise side i would say that they're very good and professional in terms of the way that they work with and engage with our teams and i would say that overall that they make our life easier they're able to bring some of those solutions to the table that help us facilitate some difficult problems that we have organizationally and we're able to take those work with those and then ultimately turn those into good solutions for our organization so it just removes some of the uh the thinking on our side i guess around some of those difficult problem-solving situations that we might otherwise have to do i would just say that our experience with servicenow has been outstanding so i've worked in two different organizations where i've leveraged servicenow initially in my previous organization i was one of the early adopters so i've actually used the servicenow platform uh since aspen so i realized that's dating myself a little bit but we've i've used service now and had experience in every uh in every area of the platform done multiple initiatives with multiple vendors experienced all kinds of different business and challenge situations there and at the end of the day it still emerges as a top-notch platform that's able to meet all of our needs and really like working with the the vendor partners that we're able to work with there and cross views is genuinely one that's that's been really easy for us to work with which is why we've got not only the one that we completed last year but we've got three active projects with them right now in the queue sorry two active projects one in the queue so we've got three more that we'll be doing with cross fuse over the next six to twelve months and probably as far as i can see no reason why we wouldn't continue to have that [Applause] [Music] relationship
