All, if you are upgrading to Paris wait for Patch 4 hotfix 2 or above.

two problems exist

• Internet Explorer does not work for VA or Chat in the service portal (sad to say people still use it)
• Formating of the VA has changed after upgrade (fonts etc.) - this was mention multiple times in the blog
