ServiceNow UX Design process

It's exciting to see a growing population of designers joining the enterprise domain and ServiceNow app design and development. This trend contributes to a more human digital experience of professional software and removes some decades-old stereotypes about enterprise software being the most suffering user experience one can have with the technology.

As a practicing Designer applying known UX methods to design ServiceNow workflows from Agent to Service portal experience, I wrapped up some of my observations in these three articles.
