hey doug ah i'm so tired why were you playing hockey i've been shopping all day where online at store.servicenow.com i bet you were inspired by the servicehouse store release videos for ppm collaboration and mobile timesheets that we posted on now at work earlier today i was in fact i got both of those apps and much more let me show you first i got ppm collaboration which is our out of the box integration with slack i love how the project slack channel will help show how project teams can stay up to date with project status and customers are going to love this ppm integration with slack 2 and how it keeps all their teams coordinated i also got virtual agent for ppm virtual agent for ppm is that like alexa or siri well it can't set your thermostat or tell you the population of massachusetts but you can ask the virtual agent questions to get information about your project for example you can find out about project risks issues and what's late it's really cool the virtual agent for ppm will help project teams quickly get important information in a single step rather than having to navigate through web pages and lists yeah and to help save even more time i got mobile timesheets as well so when you're out and about you can enter timesheets right from your phone you can also approve time as well and i understand that it works on both ios and android devices i also got work progress status which helps agile teams understand the status of their work for instance to understand if an epic is going to be completed on time that means teams will have a better idea of whether their work in an epic will actually be completed by the epic's planned end date did you get anything else yeah i also got the updated agile dashboards for agile 2.0 and safe we just released new agile and safe dashboards in june now we have even more we added a tab for cycle time that tells customers how long it takes to complete a story so the dates you see along the bottom are the dates when work is finishing the height shows you how long it took to complete them and the size of the bubble is showing the number of story points for that story so it gives teams a really good idea of how long it takes them to complete work that's seven great new apps we've developed for the itbm august store release it's easy to find them by navigating to store.servicenow.com select two filters offered by servicenow and hovering over it business management click on select all finally sort by newest and you'll see all the latest itbm store apps and they're all available as of today
