hey doug i see a great idea hey deborah don't you mean to say you have a great idea no i see a great idea in fact i can see a whole bunch of great ideas oh you must be looking at the brand new idea manager dashboard that was just released in the servicenow store with our itbm june store release exactly idea managers now have a single place to view and manage their entire idea pipeline the new idea manager dashboard lets them quickly see the total number of ideas submitted the number by state or category how many ideas have been converted to projects or if not the average number of days ideas have been open they can also see which ideas are trending with a lot of votes like this great idea i have a really great idea too doug how about a quick live demo of the new idea manager dashboard i like that idea debra let's take a look at it here's the idea manager dashboard we start on the summary tab and on the top left we see ideas by state here we see that we have 21 ideas that have been submitted here we know that we need to take action on those because they haven't been processed yet on the top right we see ideas that have been converted that means they've been converted into something else that we will action most of them have been converted to demands there's 29 of those we have one that's converted to an epic and one that's converted to a project and we see that our 27 that are empty those are ones that have not yet been converted moving straight down to the middle right we see the top 10 idea creators these are the people in the organization who are submitting the most ideas and leading the pack is troy mccoy moving directly to the left we see the top 10 ideas by folks these are the ideas that our employees like the most and at number one is the new hire surveys and we can hover over to see it has 24 votes or 18.8 percent of the votes overall moving down to the bottom right we can see the top 10 categories so the number one category is process improvement followed by new product development followed by human resources if we look on the left we can see that our human resources here is trending really well as it's moving up over the last two months next we can move to the analysis tab where we have pa dashboards for open ideas average age of open ideas ideas converted and the percent of ideas converted the percent of ideas converted is important as it allows us to see the quality of the ideas that we're getting as the better the quality the larger percentage of things that we'll actually undertake as an organization moving to the bottom we can see by week by month by quarter and by year the number of ideas and for each one we'll show them as they appear throughout the life cycle how many we have for submitted need more information under review in backlog and planned thanks doug the idea manager dashboards are available now in the servicenow store but that's not all the june store release also includes some great enhancements to our agile 2.0 dashboards this updated version of the performance analytics content pack for agile torado provides even greater insight into individual sprint performance with a new burn up chart and a new cumulative flow diagram chart it also provides intelligence about ongoing team performance by comparing completed to committed and expected capacity over time and showing the variance between them as indications of predictability these enhanced agile 2.0 dashboards are supported on our servicenow new york orlando and subsequent releases doug i have another great idea would that be to see another demo exactly here's an example of one of our six out of the box agile dashboards this is the epic dashboard we can see on the top left we have the total story count for this epic 24 we have the stories completed six and we have zero stories missing estimates we see the epic burn up with our completed and scope and the forecast for both and then at the bottom we can see the epic cumulative flow diagram showing us the overall flow for stories in ready work in progress ready for testing testing and completed and as we want to see we have a lot of stories that are completed as we move forward and we don't have a large change in the work in progress thanks again doug we hope you enjoyed this quick presentation and demo of the idea manager dashboard which helps you manage your entire pipeline of ideas all in one place and the performance analytics content pack for agile tirado dashboards with enhancements for tracking and predicting sprint performance these apps are available today to download them visit store.servicenow.com thanks for watching
