my name is mai sakamoto i'm a senior technical trainer at servicenow my name is yuzi miyazaki i'm a talented kitchen partner in japan [Music] i joined servicenow because of its people and solutions the number one reason i joined the surface now was the product and it impressed me so much that everyone i met during the hiring process talked about how much they love their products in the training courses we offer our participants not only acquire technical knowledge and skills but also learn about servicenow's vision and purpose of optimizing work making the world of work work better for people from time to time i get comments from students like i want to learn more about servicenow or i want to be a servicenow champion at my company and that makes me really happy in my opinion the key to make the organization's success is always it's people japan has been known for long working hours but it's service now people work and have some fun at the same time while fulfilling their responsibilities as a walking mom with two kids of course every day is really challenging with a lot of unexpected events but a service now i'm really enjoying working because i have work flexibility managing my job with the full support from my team and manager everyone who works at subs now i think they're very much motivated creative and non-compelling so basically we are bounded by rules which makes everything is possible my coworkers are very positive and proud of the products they offer and they have a passion for their customers success leveraging now platform to increase the productivity and thus making their employees happy i feel extremely lucky to work with people who are so passionate you
