The main purpose of this article is to provide prescriptive guidance to customers who want to migrate from their legacy, usually heavily customised Change implementations to take advantage of OOTB features to simplify and automate Change. What we’ve published so far takes you through the first stage of the Modern Change maturity journey as well as Best Practice Guidance. Over the next weeks/months we will keep adding new content to this guide, such as the remaining maturity stages material and a Modern Change Lab Guide – showing how to configure examples for each key feature.
