The latest enhancements to AI Agents enables use in Now Assist in Virtual Agent for agentic self-service. AI Agents do not require a trigger to work in Now Assist in Virtual Agent. The Virtual Agent uses the Now LLM to surface the best AI Agent for the requestor's query.

**How to set up:**

1. Navigate to **All \> AI Agent Studio \> Overview** and select the AI agent.\*
2. Select the Define availability tab, and then toggle on "Virtual Agent" as a Display option. Select which assistant the AI Agent should be active in.

**More features:**

* **Now LLM is now an orchestrator option** alongside Azure OpenAI. To select the LLM, navigate to the **AI Agent Studio > Settings > Manage LLMs** page.
