Pretty soon, CodeCreative will be a little more than just a website, it will be my business. It's odd because for so long I've been dead set against it. I'm still uneasy about it. In reality, I don't think much changes. I will still be a Sr. Architect, not a Founder or President or CEO. Serving and empowering people will still come first. The code will still be open source and freely available. The content will still be free. The mission doesn't change. This doesn't end my pursuit of a cooperative style business. It doesn't suddenly become a marketing hype machine. No email lists. No totally free downloadables for the low cost of your personal information. I might add a services page to the website again. I'll get to slap that pretty lightbulb on a few more things. Mostly, it's still just me building things and helping people on ServiceNow.
