In June 2021, ServiceNow released its first set of courses focusing on building the core skills required to become a Citizen Developer on the Now Platform or an Application Developer that supports Citizen Developers. After completing the Introduction to Playbooks and Process Automation Designer course, take the Citizen Developer Process Creator Micro-Certification Assessment to prove your skills and earn your badge!
