As we continue to invest in Horizon as the one-start destination for learning how to deliver great experiences with ServiceNow, the Experience Team will have a updated presence at Knowledge 2025. Under the User Experience Studio banner on the expo floor you will find multiple ways to engage with us and learn about UX.

Returning from last year:

• Ask the Experience Pros – 1:1 guidance on your ServiceNow implementations. Schedule a session in advance
• Methods Studio – 18 presentations and hands-on workshops conveying UX methods and leading practices
• Labs and Roundtables – 8 sessions of hands–on practice with UX tools and methods (throughout the Convention Center breakout rooms)
• Interactive Wall – 3 daily activities focused on the Agentic AI Journey. Stop by each day for a new activity.
