How to get rid of the red error messages in the Employee Center portal

Are you getting these red messages on your Employee Center Portal? Let's fix them!

1st you have to make sure you are in the latest version of Employee Center. Go to the ServiceNow App Store and download it from there.

2nd. You need to download the script attached to this post. Don't worry. It is provided by ServiceNow and not some random google search pull.

*You need the admin role to do the following steps

Once you get it, you will need to upload it to the "Fix Script" table.

Go to the Fix Script table - Right-click on the Table context menu (hamburger looking icon) and select the "Import XML" option.

Next, add the attached script file from this post - EC bulk RCAs approval

Now open the fix script you just uploaded (EC bulk RCAs approval) and click on the "Run Fix Script" button. Give it a couple of mins, and it should have finished.

Now go back to the Fix Script table and look for this Script - "Set primary topics for Employee taxonomy." Open and click on the "Run Fix Script" button.

After both those scripts were run, the error message should have gone away.
