How to Join a ServiceNow User Group

Import · Apr 16, 2014 · article

I hope while you are mixing and mingling at Knowledge14 you take a few seconds to Join a ServiceNow User Group, also known as a SNUG. You can join a group based on your location or based on your interests.

Why you should join a SNUG:

  • Quarterly meetups
  • Opportunities to connect with ServiceNow users near you
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow users interested in the same special interests

If you haven't already joined a SNUG near you, all you have to do is click on "Places" in the top-right hand corner, or "User Groups" in the top navigation bar

If you clicked on Places, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on Places in the top right-hand corner of the community page.
