Role Requirements & Expertise:

TrueSight Operations Management:

• Strong experience with Truesight Operations Management version 11 and later.
• Experience in Installation, Configuration, Administration and Support of BMC TrueSight Operations Management, BMC Helix Operations Management.
• Strong understanding of Event Management concepts.
• Experience in integrations between TrueSight with other 3rd party products for data & events.
• Strong experience with installation configuration and management of Patrol Agent KMs for Linux, AIX, Solaris, Oracle and other components as per requirement.
• Hands-on Experience in configuring and designing reports using TSOM Smart Reporting in Truesight OM.
• Experience in configuring events using MRL/BAROC as per requirement.
• Experience in analyzing environment and event data to fine tune and reduce event counts.
• Ability to generate performance and capacity reports and provide solution.
• Good overall knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure Architecture and Components.
• Experience working in client facing Implementation and Support assignments.
• Work closely with application teams to provide solutions across various requirements & problems.
• Readiness to work in shifts, if required.
