Troubleshooting Inbound Email Part 4 of 4: Email Events in System Logs

This video explains how you can use the event log to determine whether or not the events process scheduled job is running. This job processes all events, including emails whose State is Ready.

If your instance is not processing emails, it could be because the events process scheduled job is not running properly.

Before watching, it may help to watch the first video in the series, Troubleshooting Inbound Email: Introduction, which provides an overview of how the inbound email process works.
