hey guys,

Small document for all of you who are looking to have multiple display names for Service-now emails, and to over ride the global Display name function for specific emails.

Go to Email Notification -->change it to Advance view

under What it Will Contain tab --> You will see new filed From

You will see From and Reply to field. You add "Company/Group Name" under the filed all your email will start displaying with the new name.
