so I started working on service now platform since Aspen the first uh release and then I was a customer heard a lot of you know the uh the value the culture and of course I love the platform so that attracted me and 6 years back I decided I'm going to be part of this family i absolutely feel I belong at service now it gives me the opportunity to show up as myself and I feel that the best work gets done when you come as you are a big component of of my career is to work for an organization that has a purpose that's higher than itself that gets me really energized and to be in line with my ethos and my values I think just makes it even better you can be your authentic self you can be ambitious you can be a novice and you can thrive there's so much opportunity there's so much potential for growth there's so many places you can go well I'm the oldest in my team and uh and while I joined the team another lady joined the team and she's 36 years my junior so we've got the extremes of both ends in our team and it's interesting it gives you a different perspective uh it's quite refreshing the opportunity to speak with customers and partners and showcase the power of our platform and what analytics and AI in the platform can do is really motivating what we do really well is we listen to people we figure out what their needs and wants are at careers of service now and we ensure that we're creating a safe space my boss well he was trying to explain me something and I was already working and developing some tasks and I was like "Oh I probably should know that already." And he was like "Don't worry." Like we all are learning on the way at that moment I felt like okay this is where I belong and I can feel like I can be myself service Now is the place to be
