The ServiceNow Platform handles Service Management Enterprise-wide. Here are a few videos that demonstrate the features and uses of different ServiceNow Service Management applications.

The first video explains how Legal, Marketing and Finance Service Management applications provide the ability to define and deliver services to customers in a measurable approach through applications that include a Service Catalog, Knowledge Base and embedded workflow.

The second video provides a tour of the Facilities Service Automation application, which allows facilities managers to view facilities service requests and track how well their teams respond. This application also allows users to submit maintenance requests through the Service Catalog and even mark the location of facilities issues on a floor plan of the building.

The last video demonstrates how human resources (HR) service automation improves HR service delivery through automated ServiceNow request and fulfillment processes.
