Have you been wanting to use the new Known Error knowledge base, but aren't sure where to start? Check out this video, which provides an overview of the new features of the Known Error knowledge base. The Known Error Knowledge Base is where you can to locate the latest information about all of ServiceNow's known errors. You can also report that your instance is affected by the Known Error which will then subscribe you to any changes made to the KE's state.
