Ready to start over with a clean slate on your non-production instance? zBooting deletes all data and restores it to the base system. This video explains what you need to know before zBooting your instance.

You will need the customer_admin or partner_admin role to complete the actions shown in this video.

For best video quality, increase your player resolution to 1080p.

Things to note when you conduct a zBoot:

• All system customizations and data will be lost
• Any application developments will be lost
• The Admin password will be reset
• The zBoot requires a minimum of 4 hours to process
