As part of the Quarterly Patching Program in Q4, ServiceNow will patch instances to the specified patch targets below. We encourage you to patch earlier than the dates specified in your COM record to accommodate any schedule conflicts due to the holiday season.

Q4 patching targets by release family:

*Targets are subject to change prior to patching. Target versions for a quarter change only if absolutely necessary.

**Fuji will become unsupported with the upcoming release of Istanbul. Please make plans to move from Fuji to a higher release family.

***Eureka is no longer supported and customers still running instances on this family will be upgraded to Helsinki.

For All Eureka Instances

In Q3, we alerted you that as of release of Helsinki, ServiceNow no longer supports the Eureka release family. Conditions exist in the release family that require mandatory upgrades. Please make plans to upgrade these instances prior to December 11th or ServiceNow will take action to upgrade them to Helsinki Patch 3 Hot Fix 2.
