The Education Services team is delighted to announce the immediate availability of the Foundations online course!

The content of the course has been updated to reflect the Helsinki platform enhancements in six online modules. In these, you learn how to interact with and navigate through the course, what ServiceNow is, and what you can see and do from various user roles perspectives; including ServiceNow End User, ITIL User, and System Administrator.
